Stephanie Powell is a leading interior stylist with more than 16 years experience in editorial, advertising and television, spanning all corners of the globe.

Stephanie's foray into magazines came shortly after she completed a degree in Textile Design in the UK. Her first job in London involved sewing Hermes scarves together to create a playhouse for a World of Interiors photo shoot. From that moment on she was hooked on sourcing beautiful and unusual finds to create breathtaking styled images.

Career highlights include working as Style Director for Home Beautiful, Style Editor for Britain's best-selling modern homes magazine Livingetc where she co-presented the successful Discovery TV Livingetc series. With her keen eye and effortless flair, she's styled the homes of celebrities such as Colette Dinnigan, Leona Edmiston, Marcia Kilgore and Sam Wagner to name a few. Stephanie is also regularly called on to present trends talks and styling demonstrations and share her knowledge and passion.

As well as working on magazines, Stephanie has styled prestigious advertising campaigns including a shoot for Pottery Barn (US) catalogue. She's been a regular contributor to The Guardian newspaper in the UK, and has worked on book projects for Chronicle and Harper & Collins. A true decorating devotee, she consults on both residential and commercial projects, and is renowned for her inspiring ideas, fresh approach and sunny smile she brings to every project.
